1. **Consult:** We audit current team workflows, existing software subscriptions (ChatGPT, Google Workspace), and identify high-impact operational friction.
2. **Customise:** We curate approved business context (SOPs, product data, brand voice) and build dedicated role-specific assistants for sales, support, administration, operations, and marketing.
3. **Implement:** We configure commercial administrative permissions, implement privacy boundaries (ensuring data is not used for model training), deliver interactive staff training, and provide launch review.

## Platform Specialisations
- **OpenAI ChatGPT:** Principal implementation specialisation. Business plan selection, administrative management, approved company context, custom GPT assistants, and prompt-less workflows.
